About The Author

 Lonnie Faustino DeWitt is a highly decorated, 23-year (retired), United States Air Force Senior Master Sergeant (E-8), First Sergeant; and, combat Vietnam veteran.  The use of the author's enviable military rank, prestigious position and photograph in uniform, does not imply endorsements by either the Department of the Air Force or the Department of Defense. 

Lonnie holds the equivalent of two graduate degrees, an undergraduate degree and three associate degrees.   Lonnie is a former California State peace officer and officer of the court, as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteer.    Of course, he is now a two-times published author.  
 

  As a side note, the author recognizes that someone may ask, "why the dot (.)life?"   Again, in the author's quest to amplify and mirror his rather unique intellectual mindset, he chose the dot life because of what he penned in Chapter 16, of his current book:  "To many Blacks, LIFE in America is simply: Living In Fear Every Day!" 

 Bluntly put, the 24/7 harsh reality faced by most Blacks existing on the shores of White America, mimics a Covid-19 Day, a Monkey Pox Day where every day is a 9/11 Day; every day is a January 6th Insurrection Day; and every day is a Ukraine Invasion ("Liberation") Extermination Day!
